How to Apply
Due to the limited number of classes our school can run for the Academic Year, it is highly recommended that you plan your enrollment ahead in order to secure you place with us. It is advisable that you start your application process at least six months in advance as it is quite likely the places will be filling in quickly closer to the start date of the new academic year.

Your application process starts with filling in the Application_QUIPS_2020 and QUIPS School_Parent Admissions Form_2020-2021, or request the forms by sending an email to info@quips.edu.sg.

Complete the forms, and return them to the School with the Registration Fee and copies of the following documents:
- Copy of child's birth certificate, Passport and FIN card (a copy of both sides is needed)
- Copy of immunization records
- NIRC/FIN and passport/re-entry permit of mother (a copy of both sides is needed)
- NIRC/FIN and passport/re-entry permit) of father (a copy of both sides is needed)
- NIRC/FIN and passport/re-entry permit/work permit of any other authorized person(s)
- Child's medical reports/clinical reports (if applicable)
- Passport sized photos of child, both parents and registered caregiver/guardian who will be dropping off and picking up the child from school.
The non-refundable Admissions Fee is $2,300.00 (excl. GST), and should accompany the application form and other required documents in order for the applicant to be considered for placement at the School.

2020 – 2021 Academic Year
All parents are requested to note that admission and enrollment to Quayside Isle Preparatory School (“QUIPS”) are subject to the conditions set out below.
Parents are asked to sign the relevant section of the application form in recognition of their acceptance of these conditions.

The “Course Fee” is inclusive of tuition, books, Field Trip Admissions & Transportation (for Pre-K onwards) and all classroom materials.
The school reserves the right to revise its fee at any time as it sees fit.

All fees are payable according to the following schedule. School fees are billed on a termly basis*. QUIPS has FOUR terms a year.

WITHDRAWAL DATES from SUBSEQUENT TERM
Term 1 Withdrawal date: 5 June, 2020 (Term 1: 11 August, 2019 to 9 October, 2020)
Term 2 Withdrawal date: 21 September, 2020 (Term 2: 19 October, 2019 to 18 December, 2020)
Term 3 Withdrawal date: 9 December, 2020 (Term 3: 11 January, 2021 to 12 March, 2021)
Term 4 Withdrawal date: 3 March, 2020 (Term 4: 29 March, 2021 to 4 June, 2021)
Withdrawal date from Term 1, 2021 – 2022 Academic year: 7 June 2021

Application Forms
The following documents are required to be submitted with the application:
- Student’s birth certificate
- Student’s passport AND identity card (a copy of both sides is needed)
- Parents’ passports AND identity cards (a copy of both sides is needed)
- 2 passport sized photographs of the student
- Immunization records
- Incomplete forms may cause a delay in the application process. All applications are conditional and the school reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
