Yoga & Mindfulness with Ms Merisa

Our yoga teacher, Ms Merisa is going to incorporate a lot of music & movement and yoga elements into the Class.

Students will be doing a variety of exercises in order to develop their main muscle groups. There will be yoga games, yoga stories and all sorts of yoga fun!

However, the major focus will be on cultivating mindfulness in children – a non-secular practice of paying attention to the present moment using various tools and techniques (including games, activities and movement), while sowing the seeds for awareness, compassion and understanding. 

Aims of the class               To develop coordination, muscle tone, core strength, breathing techniques, confidence, and teamwork skills.

Suitability                             This class is suitable for all children

Up to 12 STUDENTS.
